The Citadel Fine Art Gallery, Dover. July 2024
Masters & Munn were two of 50 British and international artists invited to exhibit our unique hand-engraved sculptures ‘The Prize: Genesis’ and ‘In His Arms’, at ‘The Olympians’ exhibition, curated by Helena Safari at this exciting brand new multi-purpose venue that has been everything from a Napoleonic era fort to a prison and more recently a film set.
Läckö Slott Castle, Sweden. June-September 2024
The first two incredible prints from Kirsty Mitchell’s new ‘Quiescence’ series went on show at this magical fairytale venue as a bolt-on to her fabulous ‘Wonderland’ exhibition, curated by UpOnWalls. These two exclusive prints feature one of the ‘impossible’ props Masters & Munn created for Kirsty Mitchell which first cemented our working relationship with her.
This series has not yet been officially released, so we can’t yet show you what we made, nor any of the photos from Kirsty’s new series, but those lucky enough to be able to make the journey to this remote lakeside location got a sneak preview of exciting things to come.
‘Art & Sculpture in the Vineyard’ - High Clandon Estate Vineyard, Surrey. June-July 2024
Our 3rd year in a row being invited to exhibit at this absolutely gorgeous venue in the heart of the Surrey countryside. More than 80 British sculptors working in every conceivable medium displayed their work in the stunning vistas of High Clandon Estate, where the owners were so taken with our pair of sculptures ‘Repose 1 & 2’ that they decided to purchase them for their permanent collection.
‘The Cult of Beauty’, The Wellcome Collection, London.
26 October 2023 – 28 April 2024
This fascinating exhibition explored concepts of beauty through time and different cultures. Masters & Munn were commissioned to make a brand new work of art, using exciting new surface material technology developed by The UNSEEN which allowed visitors to explore the sculpture not only with their own eyes but also the lens of their camera phones.
‘The Lost Scientist’, The Geological Society, London.
Jan - March 2024
This thought-provoking exhibition was inspired by over 750 interviews conducted with young people from ages 10 to 21 as part of the University College London ASPIRES Project. The design of the artwork was a response to artwork seen in professional and learned societies, typified by white marble busts and paintings of great scientists, mathematicians and engineers. The installation imagines the ‘lost scientist’; the countless young people who continue to be underrepresented in STEM. Masters & Munn were commissioned by Professor Louise Archer of UCL to commemorate every ‘lost’ scientist who did not pursue their passion due to lack of representation.
Bonhams - ‘The Crown’ Auction, London.
Jan-Feb 2024
Many an artist needs a side-hustle, but André Masters’ one is something a little special. On occasion he is called back to the film and television industry, when his expertise is needed for particularly challenging sculptural or model making jobs. He was one of the lead model makers on the near-exact replica of the Golden State Coach, used on Netflix’s hit series ‘The Crown’. André and CJ received a very special pesonal tour around Bonhams who housed an exhibition of key props and costumes from the award-winning series before the auction. The Golden State Coach replica was auctioned for over £58000.
‘The Lost Scientist’, The Royal Society, London.
November 2023
As part of the culmination of Professor Louise Archer’s ASPIRES II project, examining the different reasons that certain demographics of society feel (and are) excluded from making a career in STEM subjects, Masters & Munn were commissioned to create an imagined sculptural portrait of ‘The Lost Scientist’, to represent the many people who never fulfilled their potential in this arena due to lack of representation, funding, familial support or equity.
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame - Ohio, USA.
Nov. 2023 - Permanent
In honour of the induction of musical icon (and CJ’s first true love), Kate Bush, into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in November 2023, Kate donated the models from her video, MistralDespair from her album ‘50 Words for Snow’. The donated models, now on permanent display at this incredible venue, include the miniature ‘Kate-inspired’ character made by André Masters of Masters & Munn.

Jul 2023
Due to his extensive experience and expertise in multiple areas, André is often called in to assist with particularly challenging jobs in everything from the film industry to building large and complex sets and exhibitions. For this reason he was invited to help with the installation of a large, challenging and intricate permanent exhibition at the European Space Agency Headquarters called the ‘Astrolabe’ designed and created by Ouno Creative. This piece is now available for purchase.
‘Art & Sculpture in the Vineyard’ - High Clandon Estate Vineyard, Surrey. June-July 2022
Masters & Munn were guest artists at this stunningly beautiful venue, in the annual sculpture show raising money for a local children’s charity. Our hand-engraved life-size nudes in cold cast copper adorned the famous hedges at this gorgeous country estate. ‘Repose I & II’ captured the hearts of the vineyard owners and were later bought as part of their permanent art collection, but our female torso sculpture from this collection, ‘Fern I’ is available for immediate purchase.
National Space Centre - Leicester.
Aug 2018 - permanent exhibit.
Masters & Munn were commissioned to create a commemorative wall plaque for the garden of The National Space Centre in keeping with the style of previous exhibits. The plaque was in honour of Colonel Al Warden, Captain of Apollo 15. The Hollywood-style handprints were made in a way that children visiting the exhibition can place their hands into Colonel Warden’s hands and perhaps dream of becoming astronauts themselves one day.
Masters & Munn are able to create a variety of memorial and commemorative plaques and sculptures from traditional to contemporary styles.

One of our favourite historic venues, this charming moated keep has been home to nobility through the centuries, and a favourite haunt of Sir Winston Churchill.
Our work formed part of a sculpture trail that guided visitors through the incredible halls whose history goes back 800 years and through the charming gardens which made the most delightful backdrop for our work.
